Thomas Dodge
President
Thomas Dodge, MA Sociology, has been involved in youth mentoring for over ten years, initially as a mentee in Seeds’ original Jump Start program before returning as a mentor. Over the years he has volunteered as a mentor in several programs, contributed as a program developer and facilitator and now serves as a committed Trustee. Having studied sociology and psychology at Emmanuel College, Dodge went on to teach an early-ed curriculum rooted in non-violent conflict resolution in Boston. He now pursues a career in academia and the nonprofit sector driven by his passion for serving developing minds, especially in underserved communities.
Thomas can be seen surfing and skateboarding around southern Maine, playing music with his friends, and spending time with his family on the water in Casco Bay.
